SAN FRANCISCO (AP) – California’s high court will hear arguments
in March over the legality of gay marriage in the state.
The Supreme Court scheduled three hours of arguments on the
issue for March 4 in San Francisco. The court then has 90 days to

Glenn County Sheriff Officials and dive teams spent hours Tuesday afternoon pulling a stolen Hummer out of the Sacramento River. The vehicle was stolen out of Kern County. Dive Teams were called in to search for any possible victims inside the vehicle. None were found.
