Chico police search for a man early this morning after hearing gun-shots at a local apartment building. Police were called to a Nord Avenue apartment just before 3 AM. A truck backing down a drive-way in Anderson hit a 3 year old boy Thursday. The youngster was taken to a Redding hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
