Yuba County investigators have identified the three men found dead in a Linda apartment last week and the cause of death. The Sheriff’s Department says autopsies have been completed on Manuel Robles-Basurto, Jose Arreguin-Cardenas, and Jesus Arreguin-Cardenas. Two of the men were brothers. An 18-year old man is in jail for impersonating a firefighter at a local high school. Butte County Cal-Fire Investigators say Richard Smith allegedly wore stolen uniforms to Las Plumas High School several times this year impersonating a firefighter. A Chico lawmaker says GIVE THEM TIME to fix the problem. Assemblyman Rick Keene has introduced a bill to give people 30 days to fix problems with ADA regulations on their property before they can be sued. The measure follows what he calls a “rash of drive-by lawsuits.”
