Gas Tanker Overturns on Northbound Hwy 99

 
UPDATE 1:40P.M. -The CHP reports the stretch of Highway 99 has been reopened. 
UPDATE 10am- Highway 99 Northbound is closed from Durham Pentz to East 1st Avenue in the Chico area.  Emergency Officials are working to transfer fuel from the overturned tanker to a tanker that will haul the fuel to its original destination in Mt. Shasta.
