A man was hit and killed by a train in Chico this weekend. The man was struck Sunday afternoon north of the Sacramento Avenue crossing. He was apparently sitting on the tracks and appeared to be playing guitar. The train was traveling from Dunsmuir to Roseville…the crossing was shut down for about an hour.
