Another bomb scare on the ridge prompts the lockdown of Paradise Intermediate school. Again it was graffiti on a bathroom wall that triggered the evacuation. Paradise police and the bomb squad responded to the campus and found nothing. The lockdown was lifted around 11am…two hours after the ordeal started.

Four vehicles reportedly involved in a wreck this morning in the Yuba-Sutter area. The CHP says the crash happened on Highway 70 near the Bear River Bridge just after 6 AM. The roadway was temporarily blocked. No word on injuries.
