The state has levied a $100,000 fine against a Chico nursing home for failing to adequately supervise a resident. Butte County Election Officials are hiring a TEMP AGENCY to help find extra elections workers. This week the Butte County Board of Supervisors allotted 66-thousand dollars to be paid to Manpower Inc.
