Two North State teenagers are dead following a double murder in Plumas County. Investigators say Steven Furtado of Willows traveled to Chester to take his girlfriend, Jennifer Carrigan, to the prom. It’s time to grab the bike to get to work in Chico instead of the car. This week is the”Business Bike Week Challenge…companies are competing for a 1 year trophy and the title “Most Bicycle Friendly Business” in town. Chico city hall staff will also be competing in the challenge. The competition ends Friday.
