Chico’s Finance Committee to Look at Affordable Housing Today

An AFFORDABLE HOUSING apartment complex could be first up for construction in Chico’s Meriam Park neighborhood. The Finance Committee meets this morning and will consider a funding request for 7 million dollars.  The financing would come from the Chico Redevelopment Agency’s Low and Moderate Income Housing Fund.
