Three men with burns were taken to a hospital in Redding after calling for help near Whiskeytown Lake this week. The men were reportedly injured when the Motion Fire burned into the Whiskey Creek drainage. One of the burn victims was air-lifted to the northstate medical center. Investigators are still probing why the men were in the area.
