A momentary scare for Chico Police Tuesday afternoon. Units responded to someone with a gun at the Enloe Rehab Unit on East Avenue but it turned out to be two elderly ladies who’d just bought a pellet gun at Big 5 Sporting Goods. Police say the women were not charged or cited, but were “talked to” about having any kind of gun in public.
