Corning police say a hit and run crash, stolen vehicle, and foot chase were all connected to the same suspect. Police launched a hit and run investigation Friday after several fences and a parked car were damaged. Officers were tipped off that the suspect was in the Almond Street area…police chased the man and tried to stop him with a Taser. 24 year old Ricky Candler was taken into custody after a short foot chase. He’s facing charges including possession of stolen property and hit and run.
