ACLU Challenges Redding Drug Testing Policy

REDDING, Calif. (AP) – The American Civil Liberties Union has filed a lawsuit challenging a Northern California school district’s drug testing policy. The A-C-L-U contends the Shasta Union High School District’s policy violates the state Constitution.
