Law Enforcement has released video of the robbery of the Beavers Market in Oroville on 1-11-08 in hopes of identifying a suspect. Anyone with information should call the Butte County Sheriffs Office at 538-7671.

A Chico building was damaged by fire Thursday night. The blaze on Nord Avenue apparently began in the kitchen and storage room area, but the cause of the fire is still under investigation. A northstate man who works for the U.S. Postal Service has been arrested for allegedly stealing cash from birthday cards at a mail processing facility. The Olivehurst facility processed mail for Chico, Oroville, Marysville, and other cities.
