Man Arrested for Chico Fire

A man is arrested for allegedly setting fre to a Chico antique store. 22 year old Evan Felver faces arson charges for the June 26th fire at Eighth and Main Antiques. The fire took place about 3:30 in the morning. A joint investigation between the police and fire department led to the arrest.
