The fate of 12 positions in Butte County government is in the hands of the Board of Supervisors Tuesday. The Neal Road Landfill in Butte County could soon have a new name. The local Board of Supervisors could approve re-naming the local landfill to the Neal Road Recycling and Waste Facility. The county says the new name would reflect the facility’s change in function to include recyling and resource recovery. The Board meets Tuesday.
