Five structures burned Sunday in the Thermalito area. One of the buildings was a home. Details are limited, but the fire was reported just before 5 PM on 14th Street. No word yet on the cause.

Two Chico Residents Killed in Glenn County Plane Crash

Authorities have confirmed the two Chico residents killed Thursday morning are 70 year old Harlan Klemm and 56 year old Diane Schneeweis. The two died after their experimental plane crashed in Orland. The FAA spent much of the afternoon surveying the crash scene. Glenn County Sheriff Larry Jones.
