A Baptist Pastor from Willows has been arrested for alleged sexual assault on a minor. 56 year old Carlton Hammond was reportedly taken into cutody Friday on suspicion of lewd and lascivious acts with a 14 or 15 year old child. Hammond was a pastor at Willows Baptist Church.
