The so-called “Fedora Bandit” has been charged with robbing 7 banks in California, including banks in Paradise and Gridley. 74 year old David Osborne was charged Tuesday with multiple counts of armed bank robbery. The Department of Justice says the Nevada man is in federal custody on unrelated charges.
