Shasta County authorities have identified the teenager who died in a Redding fire. The Coroner’s Office says 14 year old Troy Eiffert died early Wednesday morning in a fire at a mobile home on Westside Road. Three other people were able to escape the flames. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
