Orland Police say a 17 year old boy was arrested after a brief standoff early Tuesday morning. Officers were called to a Paigewood Drive apartment just after 3 AM on a report of a teen armed with a knife threatening to kill a person. Police say the teen was taken into custody for brandishing a knife, terrorist threats, and threats against a peace officer.
