A Red Bluff man has been arrested for allegedly trying to rob a teenager at a bank ATM. The 17 year old victim told police he was at a Main Street bank late Wednesday night, when 3 men walked up to him and demanded all of his money. The victim ran to a car and fled. Police located one of the suspects running along the railroad tracks. 21 year old James Williams was booked into the county jail for attempted robbery. The other 2 suspects were not located.
