The Oroville Police Department has released photos of a silver van believed to be connected to Monday’s shooting at a McDonald’s parking lot. The victim told police he was driving through the parking lot and his vehicle splashed water onto the van. The van’s driver allegedly shot at the victim’s truck, then fled. Police say using the city’s new camera system, officers determined the van nearly collided with another vehicle as it fled through a round-about.
