Three Chico State students have been arrested on a drug charge, following a weekend fire at their home. The blaze damaged a home on First Avenue and Warner Saturday night. KHSL-TV is reporting the three were allegedly attempting to make hash oil in the kitchen when the fire began. The three were arrested on suspicion of manufacturing a controlled substance.
