The CHP says a Marysville teenager ran over his 3 year old brother in a Linda parking lot. The CHP says the 3 year old boy was playing in front of his home, when his 19 year old brother accidentally hit him with his truck as he was leaving the parking lot. The child suffered fatal injuries following Monday’s accident.
