Paradise Town Leaders have opted to go with the cheaper of two choices for a Wastewater Treatment Plant. The Town Council has decided to tie its system to Chico’s Wastewater Treatment Plant, which will cost almost 29-million dollars. Assistant Town Manager Lauren Gill says the critical first step is to see if Chico is interested in the project.
