Redding Police say the body of a missing 11 month old baby was found Thursday night off a northstate highway. The local Police Chief tells Redding.com that a 23 year old man will face kidnapping and murder charges after allegedly abducting the boy. 23 year old Christopher McDonald is reportedly the ex-boyfriend of the baby’s mother. The child’s body was located along Highway 299 just before 8 PM.
