One of Butte County’s ‘Most Wanted’ has been arrested after a brief struggle with deputies. The Sheriff’s Office says it received a 911 call from a distraught woman early this morning. The woman told dispatchers she had just escaped from her boyfriend, who allegedly assaulted her and held her against her will. Deputies found 31 year old Ying Vang around C Street in Oroville. He was arrested on charges including kidnapping, carjacking, and domestic battery.
