One man injured in an early morning shooting in Oroville. Oroville Police say a man suffered a gunshot wound to his neck on Berry Court just after 2:30 AM. Police say the victim was leaving a party and walking to his vehicle when he was shot. He was taken to a local hospital in serious condition. At last report, the shooting was under investigation with no suspects located.
