A missing 11 year old boy has been found in Chico. Police say the child’s mother reported him missing Wednesday night and said the boy may have snuck out of his El Paso Way home. Chico Police say Aaron Fraser was located by detectives Thursday night at Bidwell Junior High School following an extensive search.
