A wind driven fire charred 42 acres before it was fully contained Thursday in the Spyglass area north of Chico. Cal Fire’s Mary Ann Aldridge says the blaze damaged a garage and RV. She says the fire was sparked just before 11 in the morning by someone mowing grass in the area. She says no one was injured in the incident.
