A pair of fires in a Chico neighborhood are reportedly being treated as “suspicious”. The fires burned abandoned homes in the Chapman neighborhood late Tuesday night and early Wednesday morning. The first, just before midnight, burned the home and spread to nearby vegetation. The second around 3AM was quickly put out. Fire Officials say the fires are suspicious because they reportedly charred abandoned homes just a few hours apart.
