Chico Police say two teenage boys have been arrested for allegedly attacking another man and spraying the victim with pepper spray. That assault happened Friday on E. 1st Street. Police say a 39 year old man was riding his bike past three suspects, when the trio allegedly sprayed him with pepper spray, punched and kicked him. Police arrested two of the suspects after a short chase. Police say this was the 2nd unprovoked attack with pepper spray in two days.
