A CHP officer facing criminal charges related to guns, drugs, and explosives reportedly found during a search of his Shasta County home is also accused of possessing child pornography. The Redding Record Searchlight reports Gerald Harris pleaded not guilty Monday to charges including possession of child porn and a misdemeanor count of annoying a child. He’ll be back in court in September.
