Two people hurt following a crash on the Esplanade in Chico Wednesday. Chico Police say two Subarus collided just after 5 PM. One driver and a passenger were taken to Enloe Hospital. Police say one of the victims suffered “significant” injuries and was listed in critical condition. The crash tied up the roadway for nearly an hour.
