Two men stabbed in Red Bluff. The Police Department says the two were involved in a fight with a 3rd man at a Kimball Road apartment Sunday. One victim suffered a stab wound to the chest, the other victim was stabbed several times. Both were treated at a local hospital. Red Bluff Police say the suspect in the assault is described as a short, bald Hispanic man, possibly named “Ruben.”
Meanwhile, a Red Bluff man has been arrested for allegedly assaulting his ex-girlfriend. Red Bluff Police say 26 year old Michael St. John allegedly grabbed the victim by the throat Saturday on Lincoln Street, placed her over his shoulder, and tried to carry her off. Officers say the woman was able to free herself and run for help. St. John was booked into the county jail.
