A Redding man has been arrested for allegedly killing his brother. 50 year old Stephen Carver was taken into custody Tuesday on a murder charge. Redding Police say he allegedly confessed to hitting the victim in the head several times with a metal dumbbell last week. The body of Gregory Carver was discovered Monday inside a Redding home.
