Chico Police have arrested one man after his girlfriend was allegedly kept inside a locked room for about 9 hours. 18 year old Adam Nosanow is facing charges including false imprisonment. Police say the victim was able to use a cell phone and call for help Saturday. Officers say the victim was locked inside of a Nord Avenue bedroom where the doorknob had been removed.
Meanwhile, police have identified the 22 year old Burbank man found dead in a Chico backyard over the weekend following a party. Officers say its believed Shaun Summa consumed a large amount of alcohol but the cause of death is still under investigation.
