Chico Police say a woman fled with money from a local business following an armed robbery Monday night. Police say the robbery happened just before 8 PM at the Dollar Tree on Notre Dame Boulevard. The woman allegedly had a handgun that was pulled from her purse. Police say no one was injured. A search for the robber, described as white, about 45 years old, wearing a black wig, came up empty.
