Investigators say a July fire in Tehama County was caused by arson. Cal-Fire says the July 4th blaze destroyed the Tehama County Support Services building on Diamond Avenue in Red Bluff. Investigators are asking anyone with information to contact the agency. The Secret Witness program is offering a 1500 dollar reward for information leading to an arrest and conviction in the case.
