In no way was she "elderly"-- she worked full-time at the Bay Area Air Quality Management District as a legal secretary. drove all over the state on vacations. She was very lovely-- in perfect shape, really perfect figure. mop of white-blond hair, high cheekbones-- striking. She was outgoing, warm, entertaining and kind. And she was devoted to her Maine Coon cat, just as she had been to its predecessors (as we all are to our pets). She had a long and interesting life as an arts organizer and writer In Chicago (the Art Institute), New York, and then Miami. Tremendous stamina and drive-- but soft and sweet and funny. She was also very practical, and I can't believe she wasn't wearing a seatbelt. Would she have survived if she had? And any of us can be distracted for a moment while driving; Terrbie luck that she overcorrected and went into a ditch on the other side of the freeway.,Shows how lucky all of us who still survive are; could have been you or me. Michael Canzoneri in the Attorney assigned from the Attorney Generals Office. Much of the evidence of misconduct was archived in stories only covered by the Appeal Democrat News Paper/web site. The day the the Att Gen was in court the AP 404ed all it's news stories that in anyway related to prosecution misconduct, some are just GONE from both the Archives and the Internet. One cannot help but wonder how much of these 404 stories has to do with the involvement by the AG ,or the fact that the Sutter County DA who blocked Santana's appointment for Judgeship has been voted President of the CA DA-Association.
