Opinionated, bull-headed and a proud member of the Kiss Army, Mark Arnone (are-no-knee) was one of the greatest friends I have ever known. He was truly an individual and packed a lot of life into 36 years. In fact, what I admired most about him was the way he lived. He didn't care much about people’s perception or the general consensus. He was proud of his job as a Glenn County Deputy Sheriff, but it didn’t define him. He loved his family, his wife and his friends. He was very comfortable in his own skin, lived life on his terms and was the only person I knew that could make me laugh until my side hurt. I would struggle to think of someone I thought more of than Mark. His sudden passing reminds me just how unpredictably fragile life really is and confirms that only the good die young. My heartfelt condolences go out his family and especially to Margarita. The only consolation offered by this tragedy is the quality of life Mark got to live due to the love of his amazing wife. He will be deeply missed and never forgotten.

Law enforcement will spend $millions to protect their income from asset confiscation. The trial lawyers, judges, prisons, and countless other blood suckers are right there with them.

Make it illegal for law enforcement to lobby against legalization and society can move forward without the corruption that goes along with Prohibition.

He said in the audio that people who smoke pot tend to crash their car into other people. Oh really, and I suppose you can say that without any real world proof. I have smoked pot for 20 years and I find that the only effect it has on my driving is that it causes me to slow down and be more attentive. If you are so worried about driving, try focusing on something that has actually been proven to cause accidents, like cell phone use. Marijuana is not alcohol and its effect is totally different.

And if cannabis were legalized, and citizens had protection from the police in the case of theft of personal/medical cannabis, what crimes would be "coming out of the abuse of pot?"

Why is it that law enforcement is always leading the drug legalization opposition? Shouldn't that argument be reserved for people who specialize in drug abuse and rehabilitation?

So the man representing the people wants to arrest them. 2010 should be a good year for voters and a bad year for politicians.

Did you know that one drop of hemp oil can lubricate without breaking down like crude/sweet oil does. Legalization of Marijuana means Marijuana will become a great thing.. We believe in America. We believe it should be free.
