Herger says SOPA Opens Too Many Doors to Gov’t Control

Congressman Wally Herger says he isn’t voting on any legislation aimed at stopping intellectual property theft until it’s reworked. He says something must be done to stop this theft, but the current Stop Online Piracy Act opens too many doors to government control.  Herger says the public reaction to the bill is democracy in action.
