Dozens of CA Residents Head to Oregon for Medical Pot Cards

PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) – Hundreds of out-of-staters, including Californians, have obtained Oregon medical marijuana cards. The Oregonian says nearly 600 non-residents have traveled to Oregon since 2010 when the state began issuing the cards to out-of-staters. Oregon is the only state to do that. Fifty of the out-of-state applications came from California.
