CA Lawmakers Team Up with Business Community to Find Jobs for Returning National Guard Members

Some lawmakers and business people are hoping to smooth the transition for California National Guard members looking for jobs. National Guard Major General David Baldwin says he’s hoping the program reduces unemployment in the Guard by 25 percent.  California is home to the largest and most frequently deployed National Guard in the county, deploying more than 37 thousand times since 9-11.
