Local officials gather today trying to find new ways to improve the local business climate. The hearings are at the Feather Falls Casino in Oroville and chaired by Assemblyman Dan Logue. Oroville City Councilman Dave Pittman says the local area is losing more than it’s gaining. He says the city underwent a big hit when it lost Redevelopment, which brought in almost 6 million dollars a year to help economic development. A new revenue stream or inceitive must be found to attract new business and keep existing business.
