Two people are facing criminal charges after Yuba County authorities uncovered meth-laced letters at the local jail. The operation involved soaking letters in liquid meth, letting them dry, then sending them to the jail. Martin Horan is commander of the Yuba-Sutter Drug Task Force and says jail officials must check the mail closely. Authorities say an inmate had allegedly been receiving the meth-laced mail from his wife.
