The economic recovery is moving with all the speed of a glacier. That according to Paradise Town Manager Chuck Rough, who says the Town must again look at tightening its belt and reviewing how it provides services. He says the coming year may see even less property taxes coming in because of the ongoing housing crisis, and he says even the situation in Europe can affect Paradise. He says the Town is still in a “relative danger zone” when it comes to looking at its budget. The Town Council Tuesday will set aside a time to hold their annual budget session.
