A rainy day fund will help the city of Oroville financially for the next two years. But then the rubber hits the road and the city must act. That’s the essence of Oroville’s budget situation that came up at this week’s City Council meeting. City Manager G.Harold Duffy says the city should be able to keep its 101 workers. An all day budget hearings is due in the next couple weeks.
