Shasta County authorities say a shooting Wednesday injured an innocent bystander. The Sheriff’s Office says a 22 year old man allegedly fired shots at several people during an attempted robbery at the T/A Truck Center. Officials say one man was shot but the Sheriff’s Office described him as as an innocent bystander who was not related to the suspect or two other victims. A search of the area did not locate the alleged shooter. At last report, officials were still looking for Darryl Jernigan in the attempted murder investigation.
