Police Search Redding School After Phoned-In Threat

A telephone call that mentioned a possible bomb or armed person headed to a Redding school prompted a Monday lockdown. Redding Police say the administration office of Shasta High School received the call just after 11:30 AM. That campus and adjoining schools in the area were all put on lockdown. Police secured the area and searched the campus. No suspicious devices or suspects were located.
